Karen's Light

As a tribute to my sweet sister-in-law, Karen, I began this painting the night she passed. Painted on canvas with a 6 IN house brush, I used house paint used on our walls and cabinets. This painting depicts the transitional journey through the veil. Karen’s soul essence is captured in the upper left corner of the painting as the star crossing the threshold to our heavenly Father. This painting hangs in my house as a constant reminder of sweet Karen.
