The Mirror Archetype Process is a way of using your breath and awareness to see and change your negative patterns.

This practice was a part of the original ancient mystery schools' curriculum of breath-based initiation systems. It was designed to awaken multi-dimensional awareness, integrate spiritual memory across lifetimes, and train beings to become conscious creatures. The core teaching was not knowledge - it was remembrance.  The purpose of this teaching was for students to know thyself. The entire curriculum was encoded within the initiate's own "Monad spiral" through which life force (prana) flows . The Monad Spiral is the breath geometry of the over soul - the spiral through which your consciousness enters form.  ​​

This image is to be used with the meditation as a visual prompt with the meditation to "mark this moment" for your pattern to completion.
